  7.     It's never too early to plan for those retirement years,
  8. and GEORGE BUSH seems to be taking that maxim to heart. The
  9. President has quietly bought a lot in suburban Houston, taking
  10. advantage of the soft Texas real estate market to find a spot
  11. to build a post-presidency residence that's close to his old
  12. friends in the oil industry. The Bushes will spend eight months
  13. of the year there while continuing to pass the summer season in
  14. Kennebunkport.
